The National Women's Political Caucus (NWPC) is a multi-issue, multipartisan, multicultural, and inter-generational grassroots organization whose goal is to increase women's participation in the U.S. political arena and to create a women's political power base in order to achieve equality. NWPC recruits, trains, and supports pro-choice women candidates, financially and with technical assistance. The goal is to increase women's voice in politics and public policy making, thus improving women's status. NWPC offers workshops for candidates and campaign managers on how to run successful political campaigns and collaborates with other women's political organizations to promote women candidates for political office—both elected and appointed offices.
