Beyond this, as biochip computer implants (Stephens, 1992, 1995) emerge, providing an exponential gain in brain power even among the undereducated, new categories of terrorism and terrorists will appear. Possibly the most feared of these future cyberterrorists will be the brain stalkers: individuals who hack into biochip implants and harass via intercepting, interacting, demanding, criticizing, humiliating, threatening, and ultimately terrorizing the targeted individual's thoughts and dreams (Stephens, 1995).
